Privacy Policy
This notice applies to the private ClickFerret OpenSEO service at clickferret.com and its information site at about.clickferret.com, operated for the DivineSong and TimelessSong teams. Questions and requests can be sent to info@fastlifellc.com.
Information we access
When you authorize Google Analytics, ClickFerret receives your Google account identity, including your account identifier, name, email address and available profile information. It receives OAuth access and refresh tokens so it can maintain the connection without asking for your Google password.
With the read-only Google Analytics permission, ClickFerret can list the Analytics accounts and properties your Google account can access, retrieve property metadata and measurement information, and read reports for the property selected for a project. Reports can include sessions, users, acquisition channels, page and landing-page performance, engagement, key events, ecommerce outcomes, and device and country breakdowns. The connection does not permit editing your Analytics configuration or data.
ClickFerret also processes project names, website domains and the SEO queries you submit. Cloudflare processes account identifiers, session cookies, IP addresses, request information and security logs to host and protect the service.
How information is used
Google data is used to identify the connected account, list available properties, provide the reports and analysis visible in the workspace, and maintain and troubleshoot the integration. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
ClickFerret's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and access
The service runs in the operator's Cloudflare account. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage using the deployment's token-encryption secret. Property selections and account metadata are stored in the application database. Reports may be processed or cached as needed to provide the service. HTTPS protects connections in transit.
Cloudflare Access restricts entry to the workspace. Authorized workspace users can see the projects and connected report data in that shared workspace. The operator can access data as needed to provide support, investigate security or technical issues, fulfill your requests, or comply with applicable law.
Service providers and sharing
Google provides the requested Analytics data. Cloudflare hosts the application, storage and access controls. DataForSEO receives the website or keyword queries submitted to its separate SEO features; the Google Analytics integration does not send its OAuth tokens or Analytics reports to DataForSEO. Optional AI-provider features are not configured for this deployment. Third-party product analytics and optional OpenSEO telemetry are disabled.
Google data is shared only as necessary to provide the authorized, visible functionality of the service, for security, or where required by law. It is not transferred to data brokers, advertisers or information resellers.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Connection credentials and project mappings are retained while the integration is linked. Disconnecting a project removes its property mapping; it does not necessarily remove the Google account grant used by another project. Removing the connected Google account within the property picker deletes that integration's stored grant and its project mappings.
You can also revoke ClickFerret's permission in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not by itself delete data already stored by this service. To request deletion of stored account, project or report information, contact info@fastlifellc.com. Requests may require verification that you control the affected account. Operational backups or logs can remain until their normal retention or deletion cycle completes, subject to applicable obligations.
Cookies and this information site
The application uses authentication and security cookies needed for access. This public information site has no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and security services can still process request logs.
Changes
We will update this page when the described practices change. If access to or use of Google data changes materially, the affected users will be informed and new authorization requested where required.
